The programme will give you the opportunity of experiencing working in a tech environment while learning a range of highly valuable digital skills.
During the two weeks, you will be taken through ideation, branding, design, visual development and a product launch strategy.
At the end of the two weeks, you’ll be able to present your fully functional prototype and marketing plan to the group, where you can go into further detail on how you came up with the concept, the features and the functionality, as well as who your target audience is and how you would take your prototype to market.
You'll also have the opportunity to meet our team who have a huge variety of skills between them, including our Managing Director, Head of Design, Head of Operations and development team - it's the perfect chance to ask any burning questions about their roles!
And if this wasn’t convincing enough, you’ll be guaranteed an interview with us if you’re eager to find a career in the digital industry.

Don’t just take our word for it
In our previous programme, one of our recruits Joanne, created a prototype named In Bloom, which was a wellness platform that focused on prioritising mental well-being, where users would select a flower to grow by completing various challenges.
Joanne, who joined the work experience because she wants to work in the tech industry said -
“I’ve loved the engaging sessions and I’m feeling confident with my prototype. The pacing has been steady and the platforms have helped keep all the progress in one place. I’ve enjoyed fleshing out my business idea and creating wireframes, and I couldn’t have done it without the amazing team’s help.”

James, came up with the idea of creating an eSports gaming app for gamers, by a gamer, to connect eSports Teams & Leagues depending on interests & gaming habits

Over the course of the 2-week programme, attendees learned how to:
- Perform product-focused keyword research
- Develop a product from initial idea to final launch
- Build an engaging landing page and social media marketing plan to promote their prototype effectively
This hands-on learning concluded with our attendees giving a live prototype demo, as they guided the Land team through the features and benefits as they might in a professional pitch.
