First things first: we think we can all agree dogs are the best. Sure, they can be a little needy, but that’s okay - after all, they are dogs. Sometimes we just need a little help making sure they’re well looked after, and this is where Petsercise comes bounding in.
Petsercise is an award-winning pet training and boarding company offering a wide range of services to dog owners in the North East. We held a discovery day with the Petsercise team in order to analyse the business, identify any digital opportunities, and discuss any existing problems highlighted by the team.



Utilising our discovery framework, we were able to identify opportunities to support the growth of the business through automation and, in turn, the reduction of manual administrative work.
Part of this process led to the development of a customer-facing progressive web application that would consolidate the number of booking channels from 10+ to just one - the new application.
