After discovering FertileFibre, it’s rare for the environmentally conscious customer not to return to the website to browse and purchase a wide range of their peat-free compost and organic coir products.

With a relatively even split of wholesale and retail sales, the existing ecommerce platform was struggling to cope with the demands of an omnichannel business model, with a growing wholesale channel.

 

We proposed a technology stack that would address all of the issues the business was currently facing, including manual data entry, human error and customer communication. We also provided a range of future recommendations to increase online visibility and customer loyalty.
